Right from the beginning of my professional path, I was especially interested in working with people. My studies in the field of human resources management as well as my work experiences in the field of business strengthened my decision to dedicate myself to the development, learning and personal growth of people. These conditions combined, mean to me the foundations of a satisfied and happy private and professional life. My desire to promote this by working together with other people and to accompany them on their path led me to OMIND. Since then, our goal has been to help as many people as possible to create supportive working environments that facilitate collaboration. In my Bachelor thesis, I’ve focused on innovation in HR practices, an expertise I incorporate into my work at OMIND where I develop online training and interactive workshops that are innovative and can be done remotely.
